Abstract of the Disclosure, A device is disclosed for containing and dispensing flowable materials contained in an inner container which is located within an outer container. The inner container includes a first portion having a nozzle affixed to one end thereof and a readily reshapable bladder affixed to the other end thereof with the nozzle having a first one-way check valve permitting ejection of the contents from the inner container.
