Abstract From the Canadian patent

A blood analyzer that measures hematocrit levels as well as electrolyte and blood gas concentrations. Specific features of the analyzer include a removable septum assembly, an electrode assembly, and means for measuring conductivity to determine hematocrit using standardizing solutions.
