Abstract From the Canadian patent

A boardlock (52) is adapted to secure a connector (10) to a printed circuit board (26). The body portion (54) of the boardlock (52) is disposed in a recess (34) in the connector housing (12) flange (28) in an interference fit. First (64) and second (66) pairs of legs depend from the body portion (54) and extend to respective free ends (68; 70).
