Abstract of the Disclosure, A polymer composition comprising: a) from 1 to 60 weight percent of recurring units derived from a polymerized vinyl monomer having a primary amine addition salt component or an aminostyrene addition salt component;, b) from 0 to 50 weight percent of recurring units derived from a nonionic polymerized hydrophilic vinyl monomer; and, c) from 20 to 98 weight percent of recurring units derived from a polymerized hydrophobic nonionic vinyl monomer is disclosed for use in coating compositions for polyester supports.
