Abstract From the Canadian patent

Compositions based on mixtures of ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymers and ethylene-vinyl acetate-vinyl chloride terpolymers which have adhesion to and strippability from crosslinked olefin polymers. Compositions of this invention which are rendered semi-conductive by, the addition of carbon black thereto are especially useful as outer, layers bond d to layers of crosslinked olefin polymer insulation of electrical conductors.
