Abstract of the Disclosure A mooring arm structure is provided, including a first elongated arm mounted at one end for angular displacement relative to a dock supported mount about a horizontal axis extending transversely of the first arm and with the second free end of the first arm projecting outwardly beyond one marginal portion of the dock. The second end of the first arm has the upper end of a depending second arm anchored relative thereto and the second arm is constructed of shape retentive resilient material.
