Fire extinguishing devices are designed to extinguish specific classes of fires. The action and character of the fire extinguishing stream are planned and fixed to combat a specific fire in a fixed state of burning. The invention a venturi-activated tube, extinguishes fire in it's changing states of burning, in it's stages of development and composition. The ejector-tube can discharge fire extinguishing agents at sonic velocities to counterbalance suction flows extinguishing fire in- and through the hollow center ax s of the tube.
