Abstract of the Disclosure An elastic cable exerciser is mounted on an upright support permitting multi-level and directional stretching exercises from the support. The exerciser includes an elastic cable, grips secured to each end, a channel member fixed substantially vertically to the support. A connector for connecting the cable to the channel and allowing movement of the connector is provided. The exerciser is also provided with a support arm that is fixed by means of an adjustably positionable bracket to the channel.
