A harness 100 comprising a base 102 and, elongated flexible strap 104, and a toggle-type 106 lock for holding a bundle of wires or cables together. A rack hook 200 comprising a channel portion 202, a hook portion 204 and a, toggle-type lock 206 wherein the hook portion extends upward from and is directly supported by the channel portion.
