Abstract From the Canadian patent

Abstract of the Disclosure, For assembling the locking collar of a conventional eccentric locking collar bearing assembly an elongated driver, tool holds the locking collar for threading over a shaft and into engagement with the bearing inner race and initial handtightening. Final tightening is by an impact wrench engaging a drive socket in the free end of the tool.
