The invention essentially consists of an annular frame /4/ provided - at its outer surface - with a handle /5/ and - at its inner surface in the direction perpendicular to the plane of rotation of the radius /r/ of the frame /4/ - with a concave runway /14/ to which a body /2/ rolling on at least two wheels /6 9/ is fitted, the outer surface of the wheels /6 9/ being convex to, match with the concavity of the runway /14/ and a flexible attachment /15/ is provided between the body /2/ and the frame /4/
