An impact-resistant resin composition comprising: (A) 100 parts by weight of an ethylene - vinyl acetate vinyl chloride graft copolymer obtained by graft-polymerizing vinyl chloride to an ethylene - vinyl acetate copolymer; (B) 1 to 20 parts by weight of a polyester type modifier having an average molecular weight of 500 to 8,000; and (C) 1 to 30 parts by weight of at least one selected from the group consisting of the following polymers (a) to (e): (a) olefin polymers, (b) styrene type polymers (c) acrylic type or modified acrylic type polymers (d) chlorine type polymers, and, (e) an ethylene - vinyl acetate - carbon monoxide copolymer.
