Time Division Switching System Having a Priority Selector" Responsive to Proceed-to-Send Requests" ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE, Disclosed is a time division switching system wherein a plurality of line circuits generate a proceed-to-send request in response to a data block received from the associated terminal station and a destination address. A clock-synchronous selecting circuit operates at clock intervals for selecting one of the addresses of the line circuits which are generating the proceed-to-send requests according to a predetermined sequence of priorities so that the selected address exists for a time interval which is an integral multiple of the clock interval.
