An apparatus for producing high-quality solid-liquid mixtures up to the point of the colloidal system or to the point of coagulation for water, purification, or for introducing gases into liquids includes an intermediate, reservoir that tapers towards the bottom having at least one upper filler, opening and through which the medium flows under gravity in spiral vortices and by a collector tank (6) into which the intermediate reservoir opens out.
