A substance is described for the preparation of plastic or hard substances for dental technical and (dental) medical and related uses, which includes apart, from a thermoplastic and the conventional additives 0.05 to 10 % by weight of jojoba oil. Further a process is disclosed for the production of the inventive substances as well as the use thereof.
