13, ABSTRACT:, "High-frequency amplifier". The invention relates to a high-frequency amplifier which comprises only two cascaded differential stages. The collectors of the transistors (T1, T2) of the differential input stage are connected to the emitters of two transistors (T3 T4) which have feedback, between their collectors and bases and which are biased by means of resistors (R1, R2). This input stage forms a resonant circuit. The differential output stage comprises transistors (T6 and T7) whose emitters are interconnected by a phase-lead capacitor (C1) and two resistors (R8, R9). Such an arrangement enables a high gain to be obtained over the entire operating frequency range of the …

Why it's free to use
- Granted May 2, 1989. A Canadian patent filed before October 1, 1989 lasted 17 years from grant, so its term ended May 2, 2006.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
