Abstract From the Canadian patent

In a mill, the mill stone (1) of natural or sythetic stone, is pro-, vided with a depression (4) on the grinding surface said depression ex-, tending radially from the central opening (3). Viewed from the side the de-, pression (4) is wedge-shaped. There is either only one depression (4) provided or, in the event that a plurality of such depressions is provided these do not border on each other, but there is in each instance a plain hub area (15) between two such depressions. This fact results in a cooler grinding process.

Why it's free to use

  • Granted June 7, 1988. A Canadian patent filed before October 1, 1989 lasted 17 years from grant, so its term ended June 7, 2005.
  • We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
