Abstract From the Canadian patent

Abstract of the Disclosure A drum for a clothes drier formed from a cylindrical sleeve into which is inserted a pair of opposed head structures, each provided with a seat snugly received in the adjacent end of the sleeve and terminated by an abutment to limit the penetration of the head into the sleeve. Axially extending projections are provided at each end of the sleeve and these projections are bent around their adjacent seats thereby to hold the heads and sleeve together.

Why it's free to use

  • Granted May 31, 1988. A Canadian patent filed before October 1, 1989 lasted 17 years from grant, so its term ended May 31, 2005.
  • We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
