Open the CIPO recordAbstract From the Canadian patent
In a transistorized amplification polarization device the polarization current of the collector of each amplification transistor of the stage is maintained at a constant value by means of a comparing circuit adapted to compare a collector polarization current image signal to a reference signal. The error signal result from such comparison is used as a control signal for controlling a current chopping regulator supplying the polarization power for the base of the amplification transistor.

Why it's free to use
- Granted December 16, 1986. A Canadian patent filed before October 1, 1989 lasted 17 years from grant, so its term ended December 16, 2003.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
