Abstract From the Canadian patent

The container (10) is especially suited for detergents and is characterized by enduring piling in connection with storage and transportation, because the contour of the container is constructed as an approximation to an inverted catenary, especially at the shoulders (32 34) of the con-, tainer. A handle (28) is located in such a manner that the contour of the catenary is unbroken as far as possible.

Why it's free to use

  • Granted July 2, 1986. A Canadian patent filed before October 1, 1989 lasted 17 years from grant, so its term ended July 2, 2003.
  • We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
