Abstract From the Canadian patent

A rearwardly folding wing-back implement has a Vshaped frame configuration comprising two wings with the apex of the V-shape being located at a pivot point where the two wings are joined. A towing linkage is in a configuration designed to minimize any pulling forces being applied to the implement other than pulling forces in the direction of movement of the implement. The implement may be pivoted rearwardly about the pivot point when it is desired to transport the implement.

Why it's free to use

  • Granted April 22, 1986. A Canadian patent filed before October 1, 1989 lasted 17 years from grant, so its term ended April 22, 2003.
  • We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
