A bushing has a porcelain tube through which passes a central conductor. One end of the tube is closed and the other end is closed by a cone-shaped insulation spacer protruding into the porcelain tube and supporting the conductor. A capacitor cone surrounds the conductor and a predetermined portion of the insulation spacer in the porcelain tube. An insulating medium is present in the procelain tube. The side opposite the capacitor cone relative to the insulation spacer is adapted to be coupled to a container filled with an insulating gas having a predetermined pressure and accommodating electrical equipment. The conductor is to be connected to the electrical equipment.
