Radiation-sensitive semiconductor device." In a radiation-sensitive semiconductor device for example, a quadrant diode, consisting of several rectifying junctions (5) the mutual distance between said junctions (5) can be considerably reduced by keeping the junctions (5) cut off by means of circuit elements ( 11 14) in such manner that associated depletion regions (12) touch each other. Charge carriers generated between two junctions (5) are substantially always collected by the good junction (5). A low crosstalk and good high-frequency properties can be realised. Furthermore the semiconductor, body (1) in which the rectifying junctions (5) are realised may comprise further circuit elements, …

Why it's free to use
- Granted June 18, 1985. A Canadian patent filed before October 1, 1989 lasted 17 years from grant, so its term ended June 18, 2002.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
