Abstract of the Disclosure A dump body for a dump truck that includes a hinged cab guard combined with an actuator which serves to pivot the cab guard downwardly relative to the body portion of the dump body so as to allow full raising of the dump body when the dump truck is parked in a garage having a low ceiling.
