No Claude kit for weapons

Claude doesn't help design weapons, ammunition or explosives, so this page has no Reinvent kit. To develop this one, work with a federally licensed manufacturer (many of these items are regulated) and a registered patent attorney or agent, listed on the USPTO roster.

Abstract From the Canadian patent

In a munitions system, a cylindrical canister is fired over a target. The canister carries a target sensing infrared device and, when a target is detected, a projectile is fired downward from the bottom of the overflying missile. A spinning motion is imparted to the missile to stabilize its flight, and a wobblinh motion is imparted to the missile to provide a larger target area. The projectile forms a concave lower end to the missile and is fired by an explosive charge.

Why it's free to use

  • Granted April 10, 1984. A Canadian patent filed before October 1, 1989 lasted 17 years from grant, so its term ended April 10, 2001.
  • We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
