Abstract From the Canadian patent

of Disclosure, A pair of ratchets are coupled to a camstack with each ratchet being driven by a separate drive pawl. A no back clutch that is associated with the camstack to prevent its reversal during its advancement, comprises an annular member having a multiplicity of individual pawls engaging a multi-tooth ratchet coupled to the camstack. A spring biased lever and a spring biased actuator coupled to the lever engages one of the drive pawls so that the drive pawl can be disengaged from its ratchet for at least a portion of a program cycle.
