An integrated circuit for the generation of logic combinations of applied logic input signal comprising a semiconductor body with an array of insulated gate field effect transistors formed in a part, mainly of one conductivity type of the semiconductor body. These transistors have gate electrodes self-registered with source and drain electrode regions and are formed at crossings of a plurality of parallel first conductive tracks, which comprise the transistor gate electrodes and a plurality of parallel strip-shaped surface regions of opposite conductivity which adjoin a surface of the body. The surface regions comprising the source and drain electrode regions. A first group of transistors …

Why it's free to use
- Granted November 10, 1981. A Canadian patent filed before October 1, 1989 lasted 17 years from grant, so its term ended November 10, 1998.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
