Abstract of the Disclosure The specification discloses small d-c motors having cylindrical field magnets and coreless armatures. The magnet used in the motor includes magnetic pole portions varying in wall thickness from the interpolar portions and possesses an increased total quantity of magnetic flux without an increase in outside diameter of the magnet as compared with conventional cylindrical field magnets.
