Abstract From the Canadian patent

A labelling machine including a carrier on which is mounted a label removal element which is driven by a pivot-linkage including a rocker and guided by two guide rollers each guided in its own separate cam-track the two rollers being separate from and external to the pivot-linkage and the area swept out by a straight line extending along the longitudinal axis of the rocker lies external to the centre of rotation of the carrier. This arrangement allows separate cam-tracks for the guide rollers. Thus reducing wear on the cam-tracks.

Why it's free to use

  • Granted August 18, 1981. A Canadian patent filed before October 1, 1989 lasted 17 years from grant, so its term ended August 18, 1998.
  • We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
