Abstract From the Canadian patent

Abstract, Self-sealing pneumatic tire having a oil treated integral, thin, covulcanized, resilient rubber, closed, cell structure on its inner surface in which the vulcanized rubber of said closed cell structure contains compounded rubber processing oil and, in its vulcanized state, is further treated to absorb an additional nonvolatile oil.
