This invention is directed to an interlocking construction panel, which when interlocked with an identical panel will present, a smooth flat surface on one side with a plurality of longitudinal, integral channels projecting from the opposite side. The panel comprises: a planar wall of elongate rectangular configuration; one longitudinal-edge of this planar wall having an integral open channel projecting outwardly and downwardly therefrom with a bottom in parallel alignment therewith, the side walls of the channel projecting downwardly and inwardly at an angle no less than 15° and no more than 18° from the planar wall; the bottom of the channel has a longitudinal, central thickened portion; …
