Abstract From the Canadian patent

A multiple ink jet system is provided wherein the number of electronic drivers and transducer chambers are substantially less than the number of ink jets. Each ink jet has two ink inlet passages. Each inlet passage is communicated to a respective transducer and each transducer is connected to a respective electronic driver. An ink droplet is expressed from the jet only when both of the inlet passages have a pressure pulse applied thereto simultaneously.

Why it's free to use

  • Granted July 1, 1980. A Canadian patent filed before October 1, 1989 lasted 17 years from grant, so its term ended July 1, 1997.
  • We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
