Abstract From the Canadian patent

TITLE: COMPOSITION AND ITS USE IN HIGH pH SYSTEMS Abstract of the Invention, This invention comprises a composition and its use in dispersing calcium carbonate in high pH systems. By maintaining the calcium carbonate dispersed, scaling in such systems is alleviated. The composition consists essentially of a combination of an organo phosphonate having a specific formula and an amino-organo phosphonate having a specific formula. -1-
