A glazing system for use with either vertical horizontal or, inclined glazing consists of flat glazing material having parallel surfaces and linear edges and a two part glazing bar consisting of two substantially rigid sectional strips of extruded light metal hard or hard elastic, plastics material wherein the strips each have a leg engaging over the edge of the glazing material, said legs each having a surface disposed substantially parallel to the glazing material and being substantially parallel to each other, each of which legs are in contact with one of the two surfaces of the glazing material, and wherein the two strips further include means providing a snap connection between them …
