Abstract From the Canadian patent

This invention relates to a fishing net and more, particularly to a fishing gadget which executes the fast fish-catching technique and possibly the fastest among the known fishing nets. The fishing gadget comprises a net having a wide mouth, a flexible tube connected around the mouth of said net, means for inflating said flexible tube to effect the buoying up of the mouth of said net to the water surface and including a plurality of rings uniformly spaced apart and secured around the mouth of said net and a hauling cord threaded through said rings for closing the mouth of said net.
