4-Imino-1,3-diazabicyclo3.1.0hexan-2-one a new compound which is cancerostatically effective and at the same time does not impair the body's inherent immune mechanism; the new compound is thus useful in the treatment of cancer; the new compound can be represented by different tautomeric structural formulae including:, and can be prepared by isomerizing 1-carboxamido-2-cyanoaziridine.
