Abstract From the Canadian patent

Abstract of the Disclosure, A system for supplying pulsed high voltage and hyperfrequency energy by means of a single pulse generator G to a particle accelerator A situated at a great distance from the generator G, the deformation of the pulses applied to said accelerator being negligible. This system comprises a pulse generator G, a step up voltage transformer T1 situated in the vicinity of the accelerator A the primary, of the transformer T1 being connected to the generator G by means of a coaxial cable L of predetermined length a variable resistor R enabling the shape of the pulses applied to the accelerator to be corrected. Another transformer T2 can supply the pulsed high voltage to …

Why it's free to use

  • Granted September 25, 1979. A Canadian patent filed before October 1, 1989 lasted 17 years from grant, so its term ended September 25, 1996.
  • We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
