Raised prints and graphic designs on fabrics which can safely and effectively be drycleaned and washed are provided by formulating a cross-linkable polymer printing medium with about 1 to 45 weight percent thermally expandable microspheres applying said medium to a fabric, heating at a temperature of about 180°F to 250°F to expand the microspheres and cross-link the polymer, and then curing for about one minute at a temperature of about 300°F.
