A game playing structure particularly a soccer game where the ball disposed on a playing field at a given distance from a player figure is, thrown away by the movement of a throwing portion of the player figure the, movement of this part being obtained through mechanical means operated by a person taking part in the game. The throwing portion of the player figure may be a leg swingable under the action of a biasing spring. The figure is movable parallel to the surface of the playing field through the mechanical means.
