In mounting a part or parts for example, of a tape, recorder or other apparatus on a chassis or metal base plate, the metal base plate is provided with a circular hole and a, synthetic resin mounting member is molded through such hole so as to include a support portion molded against one surface of the base plate, a root portion molded against the other surface of the base plate and a connecting portion molded in the circular hole simultaneously with the support and root portions so as to be integral therewith and to permit turning of the mounting member about the axis of its connecting portion between an initial molded position in which all portions of the mounting member are fully located …
