Abstract From the Canadian patent

A filter circuit for separating video and audio signals in a T.V. receiver has a bridged T audio signal trap in the video signal path. An audio signal path is coupled to this trap. A tap of the audio signal trap is earthed through a resistor having such a resistance value that the sound signal path load influence is compensated for in the video signal path.

Why it's free to use

  • Granted May 29, 1979. A Canadian patent filed before October 1, 1989 lasted 17 years from grant, so its term ended May 29, 1996.
  • We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
