PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURE OF 3,5-DITERT.BUTYL-4- HYDROXYBENZALDEHYDE FROM 3,5-DITERT.BUTYL-4- HYDROXYLBENZYL ALCOHOL, Abstract of the Disclosure 3,5-ditert.butyl-4-hydroxybenzyl alcohol is converted to the corresponding aldehyde by reaction with hexamethylenetetramine in aqueous acetic acid medium.
